Job summary

Qualifications

• Experience in retained or in-house executive search preferred.
• Technology-industry experience preferred.
• Strong research, analytical, and communication skills.
• Ability to communicate with senior executives.

Responsibilities

• Support search engagements from intake to initial candidate identification and pipeline development.
• Identify high-quality, passive executive talent across functions, industries, geographies, and competitor organizations.
• Develop search strategies, target-company lists, and market maps aligned to hiring-manager requirements, role priorities, and market context.
• Build and maintain organizational charts, executive profiles, succession maps, and talent pipelines for priority companies and strategic initiatives.
• Synthesize public, subscription-based, internal, and other approved sources into actionable talent, market, and competitive intelligence.
• Support competitive intelligence and benchmarking projects by analyzing competitor leadership teams, organizational structures, and talent trends.
• Participate in search kickoffs, calibration discussions, and recruiter check-ins; incorporate feedback to refine research direction and target profiles.
• Maintain accurate candidate, company, and organizational records in designated recruiting systems and capture research findings to strengthen ELR’s institutional knowledge and reusable talent IP.
