Tiger Analytics is seeking a Technology Recruiter to manage end-to-end recruiting for its Mexico team. The role supports sourcing, screening and coordinating interviews with panelists and hiring managers, building a strong candidate pipeline and maintaining the ATS with feedback.

Ideal candidates will have 7+ years in recruiting, a Bachelor’s degree, and experience hiring for data science, analytics, data engineering and ML roles.

Formación

• 7+ years of work experience as a recruiter.
• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Experience in a consulting company with global operations preferred (US, Canada).
• Experience hiring talent in data science, analytics, data engineering and ML engineers.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Knowledge of work visa/immigration is a plus; Mexico work authorization required.

Responsabilidades

• Manage end-to-end recruiting for Tiger Analytics team in the Mexico.
• Sourcing, screening, scheduling interviews with panel and hiring managers.
• Creating and maintaining candidate pipeline for upcoming roles.
• Maintain ATS system, collect feedback and calibrate the process.
• Engaging and attracting talent from senior consultants to leadership positions.
• Interview planning, offer, negotiation with pointers from the hiring managers.
• Create partnerships with external recruiting firms or contractors.

Job duties

• Must have work authorization in the Mexico. We will not be sponsoring a work visa at this time.
