Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or higher in HR, Business, Psychology, Economics, Statistics, or related field.
- 2–5 years of experience in Talent Sourcing, Market Intelligence, Recruitment Analytics, Workforce Planning, or related function.
- Strong expertise in market intelligence, talent mapping, benchmarking, compensation analysis, and recruitment analytics.
Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive labor market research to identify talent availability, competitor hiring trends, skills demand, and industry benchmarks.
- Develop talent maps and market intelligence reports to support recruitment planning and workforce strategies.
- Monitor market movements and emerging skill sets within target industries and provide insights on talent supply and market competitiveness.
- Perform benchmarking of similar roles across industries and organizations and recommend optimal talent sourcing strategies.
