You will own the vision for capability development, leadership growth, and a culture of continuous learning, driving innovation in training processes for client success.

The role supports a global investment client focused on translating theory into practical, long‑term results.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience as an L&D Manager/Assistant Manager in financial services or related fields.
• Strong understanding of financial services concepts, products and processes.
• Proven design and delivery of specialized training for financial services teams.
• Proven track record in creating high‑impact learning content.
• Expertise in instructional design methodologies and adult learning principles.
• Ability to analyze data and translate insights into L&D strategies.
• Ability to lead organization‑wide or multi‑site capability initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Own the team‑wide L&D strategy, aligning learning priorities with organizational goals and acting as a strategic partner to senior leadership.
• Identify capability gaps and translate them into scalable development solutions.
• Advise on learning strategies and methodologies to meet goals.
• Oversee full lifecycle of L&D initiatives — planning, execution, evaluation — across multiple high‑priority projects.
• Lead needs analysis, design, development, delivery and evaluation of learning programs and initiatives.
• Evaluate L&D programs using various frameworks and methodologies.
• Partner with teams and SMEs to identify performance gaps and priorities.
• Facilitate programs as lead or with external facilitators/trainers.
• Build and maintain a central knowledge base of processes and context.
• Champion a culture of continuous learning and internal mobility.
