Infinit-O in Manila is seeking a Talent Development Lead/Manager to design and scale the team’s learning strategy in alignment with business priorities. You will own the vision for capability building, leadership development, and a culture of continuous learning, partnering with senior leadership and delivering interactive training experiences.

The role focuses on the client’s needs in financial services, translating theory into practical, long-term results.

Formación

• 5+ years of experience as an L&D Manager/Assistant Manager in financial services or asset management.
• Proven ability to design and deliver specialized training for financial services teams.
• Expertise in instructional design methodologies and adult learning principles.

Responsabilidades

• Own the team-wide L&D strategy, aligning learning priorities with organizational goals and senior leadership.
• Identify capability gaps and translate them into scalable development solutions.
• Lead needs analysis, design, development, delivery and evaluation of learning programs and initiatives.
• Establish learning metrics and analytics to demonstrate program effectiveness and drive continuous improvement.
