Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, or related field.
• 15+ years of HR experience, with 10+ years in L&D leadership.
• Global or regional leadership experience preferred.
• Experience with assessments (360, Hogan, MBTI) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Drive talent development and org development aligned with business priorities.
• Conduct learning needs analysis to identify gaps and design solutions.
• Build relationships with stakeholders; partner with HR business partners.
• Use data, surveys, and feedback to shape learning strategy and improve programs.
• Collaborate with senior leaders to benchmark trends and best practices.
• Create development solutions: instructor-led, e-learning, and micro-learning.
• Deliver engaging training sessions across varying levels of seniority.
• Integrate D&I into Learning & Organizational Development solutions where appropriate.
• Lead design and evaluation of leadership development programs.
• Assess org learning needs across operating units and geography.
• Partner with global HR to design team-effectiveness solutions; manage budget.
