Job summary

EXL Service Philippines, Inc. is seeking an Associate Manager, Talent Acquisition Vendor Management to oversee recruitment vendor operations and contract administration in Metro Manila.

You will manage relationships with agencies, lead negotiations, and ensure cost-effective vendor performance to support hiring goals. The role partners with Finance, Procurement, and Legal, driving governance, spend analysis, and KPI tracking.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field.
• 5+ years of vendor management, procurement, or related experience.
• Experience with purchase orders, invoices, accruals, and contracts.
• Experience with recruitment agencies or talent acquisition vendors preferred.
• Strong stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration.
• Advanced Excel and reporting skills.
• Excellent negotiation and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end relationships with recruitment agencies, RPOs, and vendors.
• Lead vendor onboarding, contract negotiations, renewals, and compliance.
• Oversee purchase requisitions, PO management, invoices, and accruals.
• Collaborate with Finance, Procurement, and Legal on approvals and budgets.
• Monitor vendor performance against SLAs and KPIs.
• Analyze vendor spend and provide budget forecasts.
• Drive governance and process improvements in vendor management.
• Develop vendor scorecards and leadership reports.
• Support TA leadership in vendor strategy and workforce planning.
• Serve as escalation point for vendor operational and contractual issues.
