The Associate Manager, Talent Acquisition Vendor Management is responsible for overseeing recruitment vendor operations, contract administration, purchase order (PO) management, invoice processing, accrual tracking, and supplier governance. This role serves as the key liaison between Talent Acquisition, Finance, Procurement, Legal, and external recruitment partners to ensure efficient, compliant, and cost-effective vendor management practices that support the organization's hiring goals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end relationships with recruitment agencies, RPO providers, sourcing partners, and other talent acquisition vendors.
- Lead vendor onboarding, accreditation, contract negotiations, renewals, amendments, and compliance monitoring.
- Oversee the creation and tracking of purchase requisitions, purchase orders, invoices, and accruals to ensure timely processing and payment.
- Partner with Finance, Procurement, and Legal teams to manage vendor-related approvals, budgets, and contractual obligations.
- Monitor vendor performance, service delivery, utilization, and adherence to agreed SLAs and KPIs.
- Analyze vendor spend, prepare budget forecasts, and provide insights on recruitment-related expenditures.
- Drive governance and process improvement initiatives to enhance vendor management efficiency and compliance.
- Develop and maintain vendor scorecards, performance reviews, and operational reports for leadership.
- Support Talent Acquisition leadership in vendor strategy, sourcing optimization, and workforce planning initiatives.
- Act as the primary escalation point for vendor operational and contractual issues.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Finance, Procurement, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in vendor management, procurement operations, contract administration, finance operations, recruitment operations, or a related function.
- Proven experience managing purchase orders, invoice reconciliation, accruals, budgets, and contract lifecycles.
- Experience working with recruitment agencies, RPO providers, staffing vendors, or talent acquisition organizations is highly preferred.
- Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to partner effectively with senior leaders and cross-functional teams.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and reporting tools.
- Excellent analytical, negotiation, communication, and project management skills.
