Job summary

ExlService Philippines, Inc. is seeking a Senior Executive Recruiter to drive recruitment within the CORP_Human Resources_Talent Acquisition team in Cebu City. You will manage end-to-end recruitment, partner with leaders, source top talent, and ensure a smooth candidate experience.

You will conduct interviews, assess qualifications, maintain compliance, and report on metrics while advancing sourcing strategies in a growing corporate environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in a recruitment or talent acquisition role, preferably in a corporate setting.
• Proven track record of end-to-end recruitment and achieving hiring goals.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with stakeholders.
• Strong organizational and time management skills to meet deadlines.
• Proficiency in ATS and other recruitment tools/Technologies.
• Knowledge of recruitment trends, best practices, and compliance requirements.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple recruitment projects.
