Job summary

Black & White Engineering in Manila seeks an experienced Talent Acquisition Specialist to lead end-to-end recruitment across engineering, design and corporate roles from our Makati office. You will source, screen, interview, coordinate offers and support onboarding while collaborating with hiring managers to understand role requirements and timelines.

You will proactively map the market, build candidate pipelines on LinkedIn Recruiter, JobStreet and Indeed, promote our employer brand at events,

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in end-to-end recruitment across engineering, design, and corporate functions.
• Proven pro-active sourcing and headhunting for technical and leadership roles.
• Experience with LinkedIn Recruiter, JobStreet and Indeed.
• Demonstrated ability to build and maintain candidate pipelines.
• Strong stakeholder engagement with hiring managers and HR.
• Experience using ATS to track candidates and recruitment metrics.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment from sourcing to onboarding.
• Develop proactive sourcing and talent mapping strategies.
• Advertise roles and manage employer branding activities.
• Maintain recruitment analytics and reporting against KPIs.
• Ensure compliance and proper documentation.
