Job summary

Zuellig Pharma engages a Recruitment Specialist to lead end-to-end recruitment for distribution, sales, finance, and supply chain functions. You will partner with hiring managers, HRBPs, and stakeholders to map success profiles, define timelines, and benchmark compensation.

You will develop diverse sourcing strategies, screen candidates for technical and cultural fit, and ensure a positive candidate experience at every touchpoint.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Psychology, Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in end-to-end recruitment, preferably in FMCG, Pharma, Distribution, or Shared Services.
• Experience handling Commercial/Sales, Finance, and Supply Chain roles is an advantage.
• Proficient in SuccessFactors RCM or any ATS.
• Strong sourcing skills (LinkedIn Recruiter, JobStreet, etc.)

Responsibilities

• End-to-End Recruitment & Stakeholder Partnership: manage full-cycle recruitment; align with hiring managers; provide market intelligence.
• Sourcing & Assessment: develop diverse sourcing strategies; screen and assess candidates; ensure good candidate experience.
• Stakeholder Engagement & Consultation: weekly updates to hiring managers; coach on interview practices; flag risks early.
• Credibility & Continuous Improvement: data-driven insights; participate in TA projects and policy compliance.
