Job summary

Zuellig Pharma in Manila is seeking a Recruitment Specialist to lead end-to-end hiring for Distribution, Sales, Finance, and Supply Chain units. You will translate business needs into talent profiles, conduct kick-off meetings with Hiring Managers, and ensure timely, compliant recruitment.

You will build diverse sourcing strategies, screen and shortlist candidates, provide market intelligence, and coach stakeholders on interview best practices.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in psychology, HR, business administration, or related field.
• 3-5 years of end-to-end recruitment experience.
• Experience in FMCG, Pharma, Distribution, or Shared Services preferred.
• Experience handling Commercial/Sales, Finance, and Supply Chain roles an advantage.
• Proficient in SuccessFactors RCM or any ATS.

Responsibilities

• End-to-end recruitment for assigned portfolios including Distribution (Sales, Finance, Supply Chain, Operations).
• Conduct kick-off meetings with Hiring Managers and HRBPs to align on success profile, timeline, and compensation.
• Provide market intelligence and evidence-based advice to influence hiring decisions.
• Ensure all requisitions are managed in SuccessFactors RCM with compliance.
