Job summary

Getz Pharma (Phils.), Inc. is seeking a Talent Acquisition Officer to manage the end-to-end recruitment process across pharmaceutical, commercial, manufacturing, regulatory, quality assurance, R&D, and corporate functions.

The role partners closely with hiring managers to understand staffing needs, sources candidates across multiple channels, screens applicants, conducts interviews, and coordinates offers while ensuring compliance with Philippine labor laws and company policies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Psychology, Business Administration, Management or related field.
• Minimum of 2-5 years of recruitment or talent acquisition experience.
• Experience recruiting for pharmaceutical, healthcare, manufacturing, life sciences, or FMCG industries preferred.
• Experience handling technical, sales, medical, regulatory, and corporate positions advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Manage the full recruitment cycle from job requisition to onboarding.
• Source candidates through job boards, social media, referrals, networks and agencies.
• Screen resumes and applications to identify qualified candidates.
• Conduct initial interviews and coordinate hiring manager interviews.
• Prepare employment contracts and onboarding documents.
