Qualifications

• Demonstrated experience managing end-to-end recruitment in a complex, fast-paced environment.
• Experience recruiting for the ANZ market or quickly understanding Australian talent pools.
• Strong consultative skills to advise, influence and challenge hiring managers and senior stakeholders.
• Proven capability in direct sourcing, passive-candidate engagement and pipeline development.
• Sound candidate screening, interviewing, assessment, offer-management and negotiation skills.
• Experience with inclusive and skills-based hiring and structured assessment.

Responsibilities

• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle for assigned ANZ portfolios from requisition to onboarding.
• Lead intake meetings with hiring managers to clarify priorities, role outcomes and timelines.
• Develop fit-for-purpose recruitment strategies considering market conditions and remuneration.
• Provide market intelligence and pipeline insights to support hiring decisions.
• Prioritise direct sourcing and nurture talent through networks and campaigns.
• Create sustainable pipelines for recurring, niche and hard-to-fill roles.
• Prepare inclusive, compelling job ads and messaging that reflect opportunity and values.
• Screen candidates against defined criteria using structured processes to generate diverse shortlists.
• Coordinate interviews, assessments and logistics to ensure a seamless candidate experience.
• Manage due diligence, offers and pre-employment checks per policy and regional requirements.
• Collaborate with People Operations, onboarding and other teams for smooth transitions.
