You will influence decisions, apply data insight, manage risk, and guide change across a regional, matrixed environment to deliver high-impact people actions.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose team or organisational challenges with senior leaders.
• Coach managers through complex employee relations situations.
• Use data (engagement, performance, attrition) to identify trends and actions.
• Support organisational changes such as restructures or workforce planning.
• Refine hiring decisions to align with capability needs.
• Collaborate with Centres of Excellence to deploy solutions addressing priorities.
