• Experience hiring across multiple business areas and levels
• Strong understanding of end-to-end recruitment processes

Responsibilities

• Partner with stakeholders to understand talent requirements and develop effective hiring strategies
• Own end-to-end hiring across roles and levels, including briefing, screening, longlists, shortlists, interviewing, feedback and closing
• Engage passive talent, build pipelines across channels while representing employer brands authentically
• Deliver an exceptional candidate experience with timely, constructive feedback and proactive communication
• Maintain hiring data, produce reports, and present insights to partners; ensure GDPR compliance
