Job summary

Elements is seeking a Talent Partner to work closely with partners and internal talent teams to design and deliver hiring strategies that drive growth. You will own end-to-end hiring across roles, proactively engage passive talent, and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers while ensuring a high-quality candidate experience.

You will operate in a hybrid environment, with two days in the office weekly, and contribute to mentoring and internal initiatives that strengthen our culture,

Qualifications

• Available to start immediately.
• Open to a 6-month fixed-term contract with potential extension.
• Strong knowledge and experience hiring across business functions, customer service, operations technology and product hiring.
• Experience managing high volume hiring.
• Comfortable working in a hybrid environment, with two days per week in the office.

Responsibilities

• Partner with key stakeholders to understand talent requirements and develop strategies.
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with hiring managers and decision-makers.
• Own end-to-end hiring process across roles and levels, including screening, longlists, shortlists, interviews, and closing roles.
• Proactively identify passive talent and build pipelines across channels while representing employer brands.
• Deliver an exceptional candidate experience with regular communication and timely feedback.
• Lead weekly delivery syncs and escalate challenges with solutions to maintain momentum.
• Support development of junior team members through mentoring and onboarding.
• Develop domain expertise, stay informed on market trends, and share insights with partners.
• Maintain accurate hiring data and produce reports for partner communications and decisions.
