You will source high-quality candidates, prescreen and interview, present to hiring managers, and negotiate offers while maintaining strong relationships with leaders and the talent market.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and work experience.
• 5 years relevant experience.
• Strong problem solving and decision making skills.
• Excellent communication and relationship management abilities.

Responsibilities

• Set search strategy and actively source candidates, prescreening, interviewing and presenting qualified candidates to hiring managers.
• Negotiate offers and facilitate hiring and onboarding processes.
• Build, maintain and analyze external talent market data for key skills and profiles.
• Develop recruitment marketing strategies aligned with the company value proposition.
