Qualifications

• 2+ years in talent acquisition or talent management in fast-paced settings.
• Experience leading organizational change initiatives.
• Ability to influence senior leaders and partner across functions.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with operations to deliver high-quality candidates.
• Drive process improvements using existing tools and tech.
• Identify candidate knowledge, skills, and abilities.
• Provide consultative advice to operations and influence outcomes.
• Evaluate Talent Acquisition structure to meet hiring priorities.
• Support brand development and external recruiting messaging.
• Ensure compliance with regulations and proper documentation.
• Lead interviewing and selection skill development for managers.
• Regularly assess TA technology, tools, and processes.
• Analyze recruiting data to improve processes.
