Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement recruitment strategies aligned with business goals.
• Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements and craft effective job descriptions.
• Manage and mentor TA Specialists/Assistants; set performance goals and ensure timely closures.
• Collaborate with department heads on manpower planning and hiring priorities; provide recruitment analytics.
• Oversee ATS usage and data integrity; monitor KPIs like time-to-fill and cost-per-hire.
• Support employer branding initiatives and recruitment campaigns.
• Review sourcing processes for efficiency and ensure compliance with policies and labor laws.
