Job summary

Filinvest Development Corporation is seeking an HR Business Partner for the Utilities Group in the Metro Manila area. The role partners with business leaders to align people strategies with business goals, focusing on workforce planning, talent development, and employee engagement.

The HRBP will drive talent analytics, implement COE programs, and manage labor relations in collaboration with line managers and functional heads. A Bachelor’s degree and 3-5 years of HR experience are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Psychology or Business Administration.
• 3-5 years of progressive HR experience.
• Strong interpersonal, influencing and coaching skills.
• Proficiency in HRIS systems.

Responsibilities

• Drive workforce planning and talent strategies aligned with business goals.
• Lead learning and development initiatives and learning interventions with the L&D team.
• Facilitate diagnosis and interventions for organizational development and change.
• Resolve complex employee issues and support labor relations as needed.
