Job summary

PM Consulting is seeking a Talent Acquisition Lead for the FMCG sector in Metro Manila. The role oversees recruitment strategies, workforce planning, and partnerships with business leaders to secure top talent across functions.

The ideal candidate will guide a recruitment team, scale high-volume hiring, and drive employer branding initiatives while ensuring regulatory compliance and hiring quality.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 5-7 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition, preferably within the FMCG industry.
• At least 2 years of experience leading or supervising a recruitment team.
• Proven experience managing end-to-end recruitment across multiple business functions, including sales, marketing, supply chain, manufacturing, and corporate roles.
• Strong background in high-volume recruitment and strategic talent sourcing.
• Excellent stakeholder management, leadership, and communication skills.
• Proficiency in recruitment systems, LinkedIn Recruiter, job portals, and applicant tracking systems (ATS).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to manage multiple hiring priorities.

Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee end-to-end recruitment activities across functions.
• Develop and implement talent acquisition strategies aligned with organizational goals.
• Partner with hiring managers to identify talent requirements and priorities.
• Manage and guide the recruitment team in sourcing, screening, interviewing, and selecting candidates.
• Oversee sourcing via job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, social media, and other channels.
• Establish and maintain talent pipelines for critical, managerial, and high-volume roles.
• Monitor metrics like time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, and offer acceptance.
• Drive process improvements to enhance candidate experience and hiring quality.
• Provide regular recruitment updates and market insights to management.
• Strengthen employer branding and candidate engagement.
• Ensure recruitment practices comply with policies and labor regulations.
