Qualifications

• Able to decide if an employee qualifies for promotion via assessment and validation.
• Able to anticipate vacancies and plan manpower effectively.
• Able to establish and improve information security policies.
• Able to protect classified information and report incidents promptly.
• Experienced in conducting behavioral interviews and assessing fit.

Responsibilities

• Sets strategies to meet manpower requirements.
• Collaborates with BD/Account Management to establish needs, rates and timelines.
• Sources and assesses tools to ensure high-quality placements.
• Contacts colleges for campus or on-site interviews and informs applicants about opportunities.
• Manages orientation for new hires.
• Interacts with clients on job specs and future plans.
• Conducts in-depth behavioral interviews and profiles fit.
• Provides strategic advice on recruitment and placement of key personnel.
• Head-hunts and builds a pool of experienced candidates.
• Designs recruitment systems and SOPPs to support business setup.
• Utilizes networks and professional orgs to source candidates.
• Designs job placements.
