Sagility, a global BPM and healthcare technology leader, seeks a Talent Acquisition Officer (Volume) in Quezon City to lead high-volume recruitment operations.

You will supervise the hiring team, optimize ads, harvest leads, and coordinate with social channels to improve show-ups and streamline processes. A bachelor’s degree and 3+ years in recruitment are required for this role.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree is required.
• At least 3 years’ experience managing recruitment function.
• Ability to initiate and promote process improvement within HR/Operations.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in HR processes.
• Effective communication across divisions and management.

Responsabilités

• Ensure all job ads on portals and social media are updated and accurate.
• Harvest and distribute leads from ads.
• Address recruitment concerns on official social pages and forums.
• Create promos to increase show-ups from call-outs and invitational ads.
• Monitor applicants’ status from this channel.
• Lead in creating templates for print and digital ads.
• Coordinate recruitment collateral for other channels.
• Monitor lead quality and show-up rates for future hires.
