• Proficiency in ATS, recruitment platforms, and data reporting tools.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment processes from posting to onboarding coordination.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand talent needs and develop hiring strategies.
• Build and maintain talent pipelines across multiple sourcing channels.
• Ensure a positive candidate experience through timely communication and professional conduct.
