Job summary

Monde Nissin Corporation in Laguna seeks a Talent Acquisition Specialist to deliver end-to-end recruitment across the organization. You will partner with hiring managers to understand workforce needs and execute sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding processes.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree and 1–3 years of experience in talent acquisition or HR. You will build talent pipelines, maintain candidate relationships, and use ATS and data reporting tools to improve hiring quality

Job description

As a Talent Acquisition Specialist, you are responsible for delivering end-to-end recruitment services to attract, assess, and hire high-quality talent across the organization. You will partner closely with hiring managers to understand workforce requirements, execute effective sourcing strategies, manage candidate pipelines, and ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.

Also, you will play a critical role in helping the organization achieve its talent goals by identifying top talent, strengthening employer branding initiatives, and ensuring efficient, compliant, and data-driven recruitment practices.

What You'll Do:

• Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, including job posting, sourcing, screening, interviewing, offer management, and onboarding coordination.
• Partner with hiring managers to understand talent requirements, provide market insights, and develop effective hiring strategies.
• Build and maintain talent pipelines through various sourcing channels, including job boards, social media, employee referrals, networking, and campus recruitment programs.
• Ensure a positive candidate experience by providing timely communication and maintaining professionalism throughout the recruitment process.
• Monitor recruitment metrics and hiring performance, providing insights and recommendations to improve hiring efficiency, quality, and candidate attraction efforts.

What You'll Bring:

• Bachelor's Degree in Psychology, Human Resources, Business Administration, Behavioral Science, or a related field.
• At least 1-3 years of experience in Talent Acquisition, Recruitment, Executive Search, or Human Resources.
• Strong understanding of recruitment methodologies, interviewing techniques, talent assessment, and candidate management.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, sourcing, and relationship-building skills.
• Proficiency in Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), recruitment platforms, Microsoft Office applications, and data reporting tools.
