Job summary

Nestlé Meycauayan is seeking a Recruitment Specialist to lead end-to-end talent acquisition, build proactive pipelines, and collaborate with managers across Nestlé Business Services. The role involves delivering high-quality hires, data-driven insights, and excellent candidate care from sourcing to offer.

Eligible candidates will have 3+ years in recruitment, hands-on headhunting, ATS experience, and strong relationships with stakeholders in a multinational environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, or related field.
• Minimum 3 years experience in Talent Acquisition/Recruitment.
• Must have headhunting experience.
• Strong stakeholder management with Line Managers and HRBPs.
• Experience in a complex, multinational organization.
• Experience using ATS and digital job boards.
• Proficiency in MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Develop proactive talent pooling and pipeline for current and future needs.
• Back-up 360 recruiter as needed with end-to-end process.
• Partner with Line Managers and HRBPs to implement recruitment strategies.
• Create talent market insights and recruitment solutions.
• Manage requisition analytics and reporting.
• Drive continuous improvement and SLA adherence.
• Ensure candidate care and positive experience.
• Adhere to Nestlé processes and data protection.
