The role focuses on PO creation, supplier coordination, inventory replenishment, and maintaining confidential records while supporting meetings and scheduling.

You will monitor financial transactions related to suppliers and campaigns, and prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports to drive operational improvements.

Responsibilities

• Create and process Purchase Orders (PO) in the system
• Coordinate procurement of trade and non-trade items with suppliers
• Monitor inventory levels and ensure timely replenishment
• Manage supplier and company promotional programs, discounts, and campaign implementation
• Monitor supplier, financing partner, and company-related financial transactions and documentation
• Prepare, consolidate, and submit daily, weekly, and monthly operational reports
• Maintain and secure confidential records and documents
• Provide administrative support by coordinating meetings, schedules, and related activities
