Job summary

People Work Smart Services Philippines Inc is hiring a proactive Procurement Officer to join our Supply Chain team in Angeles City, Pampanga. You will manage purchase orders, monitor inventory, coordinate with suppliers, and ensure procurement processes run smoothly and efficiently.

Essential qualifications include at least 3 years in procurement or similar roles, experience raising and tracking purchase orders, strong data entry and communication skills, and familiarity with ERP systems

Qualifications

• 3+ years in a Supply Chain, Procurement, Purchasing, or similar role.
• Experience raising and managing Purchase Orders.
• Knowledge of procurement processes, inventory control, stock reporting.

Responsibilities

• Raise Purchase Orders and manage through supplier portals.
• Monitor stock levels and forecast/draft orders for SKUs.
• Track deliveries, update delivery dates, and resolve PO issues.
• Coordinate with suppliers on shipments and required documentation.
