Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Procurement, or a related field.
• Experience in procurement or purchasing is preferred.
• Experience in the mining or construction industry is an advantage.
• Good communication, negotiation, and organizational skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks.
• Willing to work in Tubay, Agusan del Norte.
• Can work independently and coordinate effectively with suppliers and internal teams.

Responsibilities

• Source and evaluate suppliers based on price, quality, availability, and delivery terms.
• Prepare and process purchase requests, canvass sheets, purchase orders, and related documents.
• Request and compare quotations from suppliers.
• Coordinate with suppliers regarding orders, deliveries, and payment requirements.
• Monitor purchase orders and ensure timely delivery of requested items.
• Maintain accurate procurement records and documentation.
• Coordinate with requesting departments regarding procurement requirements.
• Assist in monitoring inventory and commonly purchased materials.
• Negotiate with suppliers when applicable to obtain competitive pricing and favorable terms.
• Prepare procurement reports and provide updates on pending and completed purchases.
• Perform other duties related to procurement as assigned.
