Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field; MBA preferred.
• 12+ years in supply chain, procurement, operations, or logistics.
• At least 5 years in senior leadership or executive supply chain roles.
• Experience managing multi-site, regional, or international supply chains.
• Strong background in strategic sourcing, planning, logistics, inventory, and supplier management.
• Proven track record of cost, service, working capital, and operational improvements.
• Experience leading large teams and developing high-performing organizations.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and executive presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute the company’s end-to-end supply chain strategy to support growth.
• Provide executive leadership across procurement, planning, logistics, and distribution.
• Lead strategic sourcing, contract management, and supplier performance improvements.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers and logistics partners.
• Develop demand planning, forecasting, and inventory replenishment processes.
• Oversee transportation, warehousing, distribution, and order fulfillment.
• Establish KPIs covering cost, service, inventory, and supplier performance.
• Drive Lean, Six Sigma, and continuous improvement initiatives.
