Ensure that all procurement activities are within the allocated budget and help identify cost-saving measures.
Negotiate with suppliers to secure the best pricing, payment terms, and contracts, without compromising on quality.
Perform regular cost-benefit analyses to determine the most cost-efficient suppliers and methods of procurement.
