LIXIL in the Philippines seeks a seasoned Supply Chain Planning leader to own demand and supply planning, align forecasts with sales and finance, and drive cost-saving procurement and inventory strategies.

You will lead executive SOIP meetings, manage POs and deliveries, optimize Days Inventory Outstanding, and develop a high-performing team across regions to ensure product availability and operational efficiency.

Qualifications

• Degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Operations, or related field.
• 10+ years in supply and demand planning, procurement, and inventory management.
• Ability to lead executive-level SOIP meetings and cross-functional collaboration.

Responsabilités

• Day-to-day material requirements and product performance reviews to buy correct SKU quantities at the right time.
• Manage backlog, monitor pending plant POs, and validate Purchase Requisitions.
• Oversee end-to-end order management, process POs timely, and manage SO/DO aging.
