Job summary

Align Business Corp. in the Philippines invites a seasoned Demand & Supply Chain/Operations Manager to oversee end-to-end supply chain activities.

You will drive demand forecasting, inventory control, procurement, warehousing, and distribution while leading cross-functional teams to meet business goals. You will leverage ERP systems, analytics, and continuous improvement methodologies to optimize performance, reduce costs, and enhance customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Operations Management, Industrial Engineering, BS Mathematics, or related field.
Master’s degree or MBA preferred, especially with specialization in Logistics, Operations, or Strategic Management.
Certification in Six Sigma & Lean Six Sigma is an advantage.
Minimum of 5–7 years of progressive experience in supply chain, demand planning, procurement, or operations management.
Proven track record in managing end-to-end supply chain processes, including forecasting, inventory, logistics, and distribution.
Experience in leading cross-functional teams and implementing process improvements.

Responsibilities

Oversee demand planning, inventory health, replenishment planning, and stock allocation across channels.
Manage procurement, inventory control, warehousing, and logistics for end-to-end operations.
Lead and mentor supply chain and operations staff; drive process improvements and cost reductions.
Monitor KPIs like forecast accuracy, service levels, and distribution costs; report to senior management.
Ensure compliance with labor laws, trade regulations, and sustainability practices.
