Job summary

INSPI Philippine is seeking a highly organized Demand Planner to join our supply chain team. You will forecast product demand, manage inventory levels, and collaborate with sales, marketing, and procurement to align plans with business goals.

You will analyze data, monitor stock, and communicate forecast changes to internal stakeholders while supporting S&OP processes and driving continuous improvements in forecasting accuracy.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field.
• Proven experience in demand planning or inventory management.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with large data sets.
• Excellent communication and collaboration with cross-functional teams.
• Experience with demand planning software (SAP, Oracle, or similar ERP systems).
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and data analysis tools.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Develop accurate demand forecasts using historical sales data, market trends, and input from sales and marketing teams.
• Monitor and manage inventory levels to ensure product availability while minimizing excess stock.
• Collaborate with procurement and warehouse teams to adjust supply plans based on demand forecasts.
• Help set optimal stock levels across different product categories and distribution channels.
• Work closely with sales, marketing, and finance teams to align demand projections with targets.
• Communicate forecast changes and issues to internal stakeholders.
• Participate in S&OP meetings to align demand and supply planning.
• Analyze sales data, inventory turnover, and KPIs to identify opportunities for improvement.
• Provide regular reports on forecast accuracy, inventory performance, and service levels.
• Use data analytics and forecasting tools to support decision-making.
• Continuously improve demand planning processes and implement best practices.
• Coordinate with suppliers to ensure timely deliveries and launches.
