Job summary

Landers Superstore in the Philippines is seeking an Imports Demand and Supply Planner to monitor inventories and ensure product availability across stores. The role focuses on optimizing stock flow, reducing waste, and supporting sales while managing working capital.

You will gather data, generate insights, coordinate with suppliers and internal teams, and maintain optimal stock levels to meet customer demand and campaign needs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Industrial / Management Engineering / Logistics and Supply Chain Management or equivalent.
• At least three years of experience in Supply Chain with at least two years in Demand and Supply Planning.
• Knowledge of Supply and Demand Planning.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, SAP ERP, and other supply chain tools.

Responsibilities

• Gather data to generate insights to come up with supply plan and support inventory needs
• Project forward-looking inventory positions and financial implications
• Facilitate collaboration meetings with stakeholders and vendors to review volume projections and order requirements
• Monitor movement of materials across Landers’ supply network
• Review and identify optimal stock levels and prevent short or excess inventory
• Review supplies to ensure quality and maintain accessibility to information
• Manage relationships with suppliers to ensure timely delivery and compliance with Landers’ requirements
• Engage with Merchandising Teams to review product range and identify trends
• Engage with Marketing and Promotions Teams to identify supply requirements and support campaigns
