Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in supply chain, industrial engineering or related field.
• 5+ years in sourcing, procurement or vendor management; retail/fmcg/e-commerce preferred.
• Strong supplier management and negotiation skills.
• Experience leading small teams is a plus.
• Analytical mindset with Excel; SQL knowledge a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end procurement across orders, inbound, storage and fulfilment.
• Secure stock availability and resolve bottlenecks in purchasing flows.
• Drive reverse logistics to minimize obsolescence and costs.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with commercial, logistics and operations teams.
• Mentor local sourcing teams and share best practices.
