Job summary

Ecolab Philippines Inc. is seeking a motivated Planner (Supply Chain, Logistics) to join our Calamba City, Laguna team.

This full-time role plans, schedules and optimizes the supply chain and logistics operations, ensuring timely delivery of products to customers. You will develop demand forecasts, establish forecasting tools, manage inventory and safety stock, coordinate with production on scheduling, and monitor KPI performance to drive improvement in service levels.

Qualifications

• Develop an aggregate demand forecast and assumptions monthly.
• Develop short- and long-term demand forecasts to aid business plans.
• Establish forecasting tools and processes for demand planning.
• Develop and manage KPI to measure forecast accuracy.
• Be the day-to-day point of contact for supply planning and master production scheduling.
• Collect data and assist in decision making for supply chain issues.
• Establishes safety stock and target inventory to ensure supply availability.
• Identify inventory risk and opportunities and drive action plans.
• Prepare and monitor inventories and coordinate with production scheduling.

Responsibilities

• Develop aggregate demand forecasts monthly for Demand Review and S&OP.
• Develop short- and long-term forecasts to support sales plans.
• Maintain forecasting tools and processes for the demand plan.
• Monitor KPI for forecast accuracy and bias.
• Coordinate with master production scheduler to balance supply and demand.
• Prepare purchase orders and monitor fulfillment with suppliers.
