Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain Management, or related field.
• Minimum of 2 years in Operations, Supply Chain, or similar fast-paced environment.
• Strong analytical mindset with ability to recognize inconsistencies and synthesize complex information.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Brand, Sourcing, and Plant Operations to align execution with forecasting plans.
• Release Production Output targets for assigned product lines.
• Monitor RM requirements and stock health across Luzon and VisMin regions.
