Shopee in the Philippines is seeking a role focused on relationship-building and operations to support strategic sellers on the SPX platform. The successful candidate will foster trust, anticipate needs, and serve as the primary contact for sellers, ensuring seamless communication and timely delivery of orders.

Responsibilities include onboarding high-potential sellers, presenting monthly analyses, solving logistics issues, and guiding sellers to adopt SPX services for mutual growth.

• Manage targeted seller portfolios including Shopee sellers, social sellers, and corporate brands.

Job Description:

Relationship Building

• Build trust and foster long-term relationships between strategic sellers and the SPX platform.
• Anticipate seller needs and proactively solve potential logistics issues that sellers might face.
• Act as the primary point of contact for the sellers, ensuring effective communication in both verbal and non-verbal channels when required.
• To conduct monthly catch-up with strategic sellers to review performance and gather strategic feedback, with the objective of building long-term relationships and mutual growth.

Operations

• Prepare and present monthly operational analyses and reports to sellers, with the objective of developing overall operational performance.
• Problem-solve any issues and cases that occur while using SPX services, with the objective to solve the root causes
• Encourage sellers to handover parcels to SPX as quickly as possible to enable timely delivery and ensure buyers receive their orders as soon as possible

Onboarding

• Onboard strategic sellers as required by business direction from sale pipelines, high ADO sellers (more than 400 ADO)
• Pitch non-SPX sellers to adopt SPX as their logistics provider, while building trust and ensuring a smooth transition and onboarding experience to maintain seller satisfaction.

Seller Portfolio

• Targeted seller per KAM: 70-80 sellers
