Qualifications

• Proven track record in retail sales, business development, or partner acquisition.
• Strong capability to track, analyze, and optimize performance metrics.
• Experience leading large teams across FTE, contractors, and vendors.
• Excellent negotiation and relationship-management skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead the overall Retail Sales strategy to exceed core targets.
• Identify, recruit, and manage SDOP partners to boost orders.
• Directly manage a 15-headcount team across Retail Sales and SVP Training.
• Resolve bottlenecks and escalations to maintain smooth partner network execution.
