Job summary

PM Consulting is seeking a Technical Account Manager to join its security delivery team in the Philippines. You will serve as the primary operational contact for enterprise customers, advocating for their needs and ensuring measurable value from managed security services.

Ideal candidates bring SOC experience or security pre-sales background, strong communication skills, and familiarity with SIEM/EDR/SOAR platforms.

Qualifications

Experience as a SOC analyst or security pre-sales engineer.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills to engage technical and business stakeholders.
Ability to advocate for customer needs and translate them into service improvements.
Experience using or coordinating SIEM, EDR, and SOAR platforms.

Responsibilities

Act as primary operational contact for a portfolio of enterprise customers.
Maintain ongoing relationships and ensure customers derive measurable value from managed security services.
Collaborate with engineering and architecture teams to deliver technical service enhancements.
Provide SME guidance on customer security postures and roadmaps.
Support onboarding by understanding business risks and security posture.
Develop customer threat models with onboarding consultants and maintain them.
Assist in diagnosing and resolving service issues with internal teams.
Communicate effectively with both technical teams and business stakeholders.
