Job summary

PM Consulting is seeking a Sales Director for the Philippines to lead revenue growth and expand market presence across the country. The role requires a commercially driven leader with deep expertise in enterprise technology sales, especially in cybersecurity or related IT sectors.

You will own the country sales strategy, manage enterprise and channel partnerships, and build a high-performance team of account executives, channel managers, and sales engineers.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute the country-level sales strategy.
• Drive revenue growth and increase Philippines market share.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities across both direct and indirect sales channels.
• Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline through proactive lead generation and market expansion initiatives.
• Manage and grow relationships with key enterprise accounts, strategic partners, and distributors.
• Strengthen and expand the partner ecosystem to drive indirect sales performance.
• Leverage existing channel networks to accelerate market penetration.
• Lead, mentor, and motivate a team that may include Account Executives, Channel Managers, and Sales Engineers.
• Provide clear direction, performance management, and coaching to ensure targets are met or exceeded.
• Foster a results-oriented and high-performance sales culture.
• Build strong relationships with C-level executives, partners, and key decision-makers.
• Collaborate closely with Marketing, Product, and Customer Success teams to ensure alignment and customer retention.
• Represent the organization at industry events, conferences, and partner engagements.
• Prepare accurate sales forecasts and performance reports.
• Provide insights on market trends, competitor activity, and customer needs.
