PM Consulting seeks a seasoned Manager, Cyber Operations – APAC to lead the Manila-based SOC and drive 24/7 security operations across the region. You will translate global SOC strategy into regional execution, oversee SOC Team Leaders and analysts, and ensure service quality against SLAs and KPIs.

This hands-on role emphasizes people leadership, process standardization, automation, and collaboration with global teams.

Qualifications

• Significant leadership experience in a 24/7 Security Operations Centre environment.
• Proven people management across multiple shifts or locations.
• Strong understanding of incident detection, triage, response, and escalation.
• Working knowledge of SIEM and EDR/XDR technologies for operational decision-making.

Responsabilités

• Lead day-to-day SOC operations for APAC, ensuring quality and KPI/SLA adherence.
• Escalate risks and resource constraints to regional Director.
• Implement global SOC strategy across APAC with standardized processes and reporting.
• Support Manila as a resilient service delivery location and align with location strategy.
• Drive continuous improvement through root cause analysis and lessons learned.
• Coordinate staffing, training and succession planning with Global Security Operations.
