Job summary

International SOS group is seeking a Security Manager to act as the security SME and trusted advisor for clients across the Philippines. You will partner with commercial, consulting, and operations teams to deliver security, crisis management, and workforce resilience solutions.

The role supports security consulting engagements, digital security deployments, and thought leadership in the region. A bachelor’s degree and 3–5 years in security or related fields are required, with travel as needed

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a security, international affairs, or related field is required.
• Strong knowledge of security risk management and crisis management.
• Experience in travel risk management and client-facing roles is advantageous.
• Excellent written and verbal communication in English and Tagalog.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Business Development and Account Management to identify and win new opportunities.
• Support client retention through workforce resilience and crisis management solutions.
• Act as the security SME for proposals, bids, and client presentations.
• Identify and drive security consulting and managed services opportunities.
• Deliver security-focused briefings, workshops, and product demonstrations.
• Collaborate with regional teams on solution design and project delivery.
• Represent International SOS at industry events and media engagements.
• Support security operations, incident management, and crisis response activities.

Key Responsibilities

• Partner with Business Development and Account Management teams to identify, develop, and win new business opportunities.
• Support client retention and growth through workforce resilience, travel risk management, and crisis management solutions.
• Act as the security SME for proposals, bids, tenders, and client presentations.
• Identify and drive security consulting and managed services opportunities.
• Deliver security-focused client briefings, workshops, and product demonstrations.
• Collaborate with regional consulting teams on solution design and project delivery.
• Represent International SOS at industry events, professional forums, and media engagements.
• Support security assistance operations, incident management, and crisis response activities.
• Bachelor's degree in Security, International Relations, Law Enforcement, Disaster Management, Political Science, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
• Minimum 3-5 years of experience in security, consulting, military, law enforcement, intelligence, NGO, disaster management, or a related field.
• Strong knowledge of security risk management, crisis management, and travel risk management.
• Experience in client-facing roles, stakeholder engagement, and business development is an advantage.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Tagalog.
• Strong presentation, relationship-building, and influencing skills.
• Ability to work under pressure, manage multiple priorities, and adapt in a dynamic environment.
• Willingness to travel domestically and internationally and work outside regular business hours when required
