Job summary

KMZD GROUP is seeking a Sales Planning and Data Analyst to support monthly sales planning, monitor dealer performance, and provide actionable insights to drive sales strategy. You will help prepare Management presentations and consolidate the monthly Sales Pack, contributing to program implementation and market trend reporting.

The role requires a degree in Business Management, Economics, or Statistics, with at least 2 years in sales planning and data analysis, preferably in automotive, and

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in business-related field or equivalent.
Experience translating data into sales strategies and plans.
Familiarity with sales planning in automotive sector is a plus.

Responsibilities

Support data generation and analysis for monthly sales planning.
Monitor and analyze dealer sales activities and performance.
Provide insights and recommendations to support sales strategies.
Assist in creating management presentation materials.
Develop and consolidate the monthly sales plan via Sales Pack.
Support implementation and monitoring of sales programs.
Prepare reports on internal sales performance and market trends.
Assist in target setting and incentive program development.
