Job summary

KMZD GROUP seeks a seasoned Sales Planning and Marketing professional with a strong automotive background to design promotional subsidy programs and monitor market performance. You will prepare dealer materials, lead reports for the Board, and coordinate dealer incentives and events to drive growth.

You will analyze market data, optimize promotions, and work with sales control teams to ensure profitability and target attainment.

Qualifications

Graduate degree in Marketing, Economics or related Management field.
At least 8 years in Sales Planning/Marketing within the automotive industry preferred.
Specialization in Sales Planning or automotive background.
Strong analytical and data interpretation abilities.
Proficient with Excel and data reporting tools.
Ability to translate data into actionable sales strategies.

Responsibilities

Evaluate market acceptance and competitiveness of promotions vs competitors.
Formulate and propose promotions based on monthly sales targets and inventory.
Monitor market share and sub-segment performance (MMPC).
Report performance to management and aid action planning.
Prepare monthly Sales Pack and dealer communications including pricelist and promos.
Manage management reports and Board materials.
Plan and execute Dealer Programs, Incentives and Events.
Coordinate with sales control to meet VME and profitability targets.
Monitor budget movement and suggest countermeasures.
Lead process-improvement initiatives within the department.
