Job summary

You will identify potential clients, schedule meetings, and collaborate with the Sales Manager to grow new and existing accounts. Strong English communication and B2B sales experience are essential, along with comfort in cold calling and engaging decision-makers.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of proven B2B sales experience.
• Track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets.
• Strong prospecting and lead generation experience.
• Able to manage a sales pipeline independently from prospecting to follow-up.
• Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Comfortable making cold calls and engaging decision-makers.
• Highly organized and able to prioritize work without constant supervision.

Responsibilities

• Research and identify potential customers and projects.
• Build and maintain prospect databases.
• Conduct cold calls and business development outreach.
• Schedule meetings with prospective clients.
• Support the Sales Manager in growing new and existing accounts.
• Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling.
• Monitor local bidding and procurement platforms.
• Identify tender opportunities relevant to company's products and services.
• Prepare documentation requirements and coordinate submissions.
