• Experience in high-end, luxury, and premium real estate sales is highly preferred.
• Strong understanding of sales strategies, client acquisition, and relationship management.
• Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
• Strong presentation, negotiation, and closing skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
• Self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to work independently.
• Professional demeanor and strong interpersonal skills.
• Ability to build rapport with high-net-worth individuals and corporate clients.

Responsibilities

• Identify and develop new business opportunities to achieve sales targets and company growth objectives.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients.

• Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals.
