You will handle inquiries from Facebook, Instagram, email, and forms; qualify leads by identifying client needs, budget, date, location, and decision timeline; present packages and proposals;

Qualifications

• Graduate or graduating student in a business/marketing-related field.
• Strong written and verbal communication in English and Filipino.
• Confident in speaking with clients and presenting options.
• Organized and detail-oriented with basic digital tools proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Respond to inquiries from social media, email, website forms, referrals, and events timely.
• Qualify wedding and corporate leads by capturing needs, budget, date, and location.
• Present packages, proposals, and service inclusions clearly to clients.
• Schedule discovery calls, online meetings, and in-person consultations.
• Maintain an organized lead tracker/CRM with status, next steps, notes.
• Coordinate with creative/production/operations teams on scope and availability.
• Assist in preparing proposals, quotations, and client-facing docs.
• Support development of corporate prospect lists and post-event follow-ups.
